Established 1999 Ashland Conservancy is a centrally Located community with easy access to route 1 and I95. With 1 pool and 4 tot lots, 2 tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, 6 pickleball courts,1 fitness center and a beautiful community clubhouse Ashland Conservancy is a great community to call home.


On Monday, 23 January 2023, at 6:00 PM, the BOD will be hosting an open meeting at the Clubhouse with Supervisor Baily, representatives from Saul Centers, Supervisor Baily’s office and the PWC Planning Commissioner.  

The meeting will be for Saul Centers to present their proposed Site Usage plans for Parcel B (Spriggs Rd/RT234 intersection) and an update on development of parcels A & C to the Community.   

They will not be able to tell us what businesses they are talking to, but they will be providing an update on what the proposed usage will be. We have been told that the Tire Station and Car Wash originally proposed for parcel B are off the table, they heard us!  

 All interested Homeowners are urged to attend.

Yard debris and waste pickup is March through December. Christmas Trees collection is the first two full weeks of January, as a part of the yard waste collection program.   

**Please have your items curbside the night before to ensure collection.

The county landfill is open from 6 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday and Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm. There is no charge for Prince William County residents disposing of trees.  Their address is 14811 Dumfries Road, Manassas VA 20112.
